The Performance Training high performance and junior development program is also known as Pacific Tri-Works. We work with ITU draft legal youth development, junior/U23 elite and non draf legal elite triathlete. We are passionate about triathlon excellence.

Our goal is to provide opportunities, helping athletes on their journey towards high performance triathlon and in pursuit of podium performances on the international triathlon stage. Our team is broken into three categories:

  1. Junior and U23 elite, draft legal triathlon 
  2. Long course non draft legal triathlon pros & development athletes 
  3. Top age group athletes - A combination of short & long course triathlon, helping the juniors as 'training support' & role models

We believe in hard work, consistency, individualization, no BS & no excuses attitudes. We work hard & smart every day to achieve our goals and create a daily performance environment that enables athletes to become the best they can be.

We are always 'recruiting' new high performance athletes and/or development athletes who are hard workers and have big dreams in both short course and long course triathlon. Some of our group sessions are open to ambitious age group athletes who are willing to work hard and bring a positive attitude to every training session.

While we have affiliation with Triathlon Canada, we are are a private organization and are not funded by any governing body.

Given we are a competitive, high performance triathlon team, our program will run year round (11 months of the year). Spring and summer programs may be available by special arrangement, depending on the circumstances and the athlete's goals. 

Most of our junior athletes swim with a swim program and belong to an athletics club (usually a school program) and we incorporate those into the overall plan, in addition to our swim/bike/transition/run sessions. The overall program is overseen/coached by Noa and some training sessions on their own or in small groups as needed, based on individual needs.
